All classes and training sessions can be paid as you go with a relevant class/workout or day pass. This is the most cost effective option if you’re training just once a week. For those getting into the swing and training twice a week or more, then a monthly membership is seriously worth considering to save money.
There are two main categories of adult (13yrs+) membership; gym and fitness classes only (B) or our all inclusive membership (A) which includes all Thai boxing sessions as well.
We also offer two types of monthly membership; 12-month contract (offering a lower monthly rate) or a 1-month rolling contract (requires just 30-days cancellation notice). Both memberships are paid by direct debit (DD).

PERSONAL TRAINING
1-2-1 Personal Training is available at the gym with our in-house qualified fitness professionals. Both fitness/performance training and Thai boxing are catered for. Please see the following link for prices. External trainers also operate from Unit 1, please ask them directly for further details.
