We are a relaxed, politics free gym, with a focus on the social side. We don’t expect you to fight, but we believe that the energy that our fighters bring to the gym is invaluable — it rubs off on everyone. By training in a fighters gym you can’t help but get swept along, train hard and make the most of yourself. The atmosphere at Unit One Gym has to be seen to be believed.
Junior Thai Boxing
Muay Thai Boxing training sessions especially for 7 to 12-year-olds. This class provides an opportunity for youngsters to get involved in a rapidly growing sport and is great for developing fitness and discipline. Please note that children under 10-years-old should not be left without a parent or guardian on the premises.

Junior Sparring Class
This sparring session is by invitation only, for those wishing to compete or help the junior fight squad prepare (as a sparring partner). Please ask if you are interested in joining in.

Beginners Thai Boxing
An adult introductory class designed to develop basic Muay Thai technique and fitness. Ideal for complete novices and those in their first 3 to 6-months of training.

THAI Boxing
Adult Muay Thai technical training for those that already have a grasp of the basics. This session will push your fitness higher and cover Thai boxing strategy and tactics. This class is for intermediate/advanced Thai boxers.

Daytime Thai Boxing
An adult Muay Thai class open to all ability levels, from beginner to advanced. Ideal for shift-workers, parents after the school run or those with a day off from work!

Open Training
Open training allows you to train exactly as you personally need too. Put in some more bagwork or grab a training partner for some padwork or sparring. Coaches are also on hand if you need to tidy up your technique.
