30-min Guided WORKOUTS
These 30-minute rolling training sessions are available from 10am until closing every weekday. Each daily workout is different, using a motivating mix of exercises, equipment and timing structures to blast your entire body in just half an hour. Suitable for all fitness levels (progressions and regressions of every exercise given), providing an excellent introduction to your training at Unit One Gym, or a challenging session for advanced gym users.

PUNCHBAG Circuit
A dynamic circuit training session involving Thai boxing bagwork and padwork and an evolving selection of exercises designed to provide a challenging, fun and progressive workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.

TAC CON CIRCUITS
The Tactical Conditioning programme uses Circular Strength Training system principles instructed by Michael Addison. It's a circuit training programme designed to fulfil the fitness demands of military, law enforcement, firefighting, and other agencies were fitness is a necessity. The focus is not only on fitness but also dynamic, efficient movement and employs all manner of training tools from clubbells, kettlebells and gym rings to bodyweight only. If you want to be fitter AND move better, this is for you. Suitable for intermediate and advanced gym users.
